Yes. The project is on legally verified land owned by Aranyaka Estates LLP, with clear title and transparent documentation for due diligence. On completion of the payment schedule, ownership transfers through a registered Sale Deed in the buyer's name.
CLU (Change of Land Use) is the government approval that converts land use from agricultural to residential. Aranyaka provides end-to-end support, documentation, coordination and assistance through the approval journey, with the process initiated within 120 days of registration.
Yes. Owners design and develop their own farmhouse in line with design guidelines and approvals. Aranyaka also offers end-to-end farmhouse design and construction, architecture through execution and project management, for a hassle-free experience.
Internal roads, water and electricity provisions, boundary development, plantation and landscaping, drainage and an entrance gateway, inside a gated community with RFID-controlled access, CCTV, security personnel and an on-ground project team.
Financing is currently not available for agricultural land. Once the CLU process is completed and the land becomes residentially approved, it becomes eligible for financing, subject to lender policies. Our team assists with documentation where applicable.
Yes. A professional management team maintains common infrastructure and community areas, and maintenance charges apply for upkeep of infrastructure, security, landscaping and community facilities.
