Aditya Kakar is a dynamic real estate leader with two decades of experience in real estate, spanning advisory, project development, and customer experience. Over the years, he has been closely involved in strategic land identification, design planning, and investor-oriented real estate services through niche consulting platforms.

Leveraging this experience, Aditya forayed into second-home project development in 2022 with Araville Farms in Naugaon. The project's success laid the ground for Aranyaka and its mission to develop gated, nature-inspired retreats for discerning buyers such as working professionals, HNIs, and wellness-oriented families.

At Aranyaka, Aditya leads the design and delivery of projects, ensuring each development combines contemporary living with natural harmony. In addition to his role in project design, he is also responsible for land acquisition, where his expertise in identifying and securing strategic sites plays a key role in Aranyaka's growth. His attention to detail and deep understanding of consumer aspirations continue to shape Aranyaka’s approach to second-home living in India.

Biju Menon is a real estate veteran with over 28 years of entrepreneurial and corporate management expertise, shaping industries with his vision and execution-driven strategy. With his extensive experience in the real estate sector through boutique advisory firms, he has worked closely with investors, developers, and landowners, gaining knowledge of the changing needs of the marketplace.

In 2022, leveraging his decade-long experience in the industry, Biju entered the second-home development segment with the successful inauguration of Araville Farms at Naugaon. The development created a benchmark in luxury nature-based second homes in the Delhi-NCR segment, targeting high net worth individuals, retired people, and city residents desiring an improved lifestyle.

Biju drives talent development and value creation at Aranyaka, complementing his responsibilities in strategic expansion, marketing, business development, and legal/regulatory matters. His focus on implementation and compliance ensures projects consistently embody Aranyaka's standards of quality, transparency, and sustainability.
